1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LunchLeads (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including Event Organizers and Attendees.

2. Description of Service

LunchLeads provides a platform for B2B event discovery, registration, and management. We facilitate connections between professionals (Attendees) and businesses hosting educational events (Organizers).

3. Attendee Registration & Attendance

Registration for LunchLeads events is free. Attendees do not pay to attend, and no credit card is required to register. By registering, the Attendee agrees to:

• Provide accurate contact and company information at the time of registration.
• Attend the event in person, or cancel their registration via the link in their confirmation email prior to the event's stated cancellation deadline, so their seat can be offered to another attendee.
• Understand that registration information (name, title, company, email) is shared with the event's Organizer as part of the lead-generation purpose of the Platform.

LunchLeads reserves the right to decline or cancel registrations at its discretion, including where the Attendee's profile does not match the Organizer's target audience, or where repeated no-shows are observed.

4. Organizer Obligations

Organizers agree to provide accurate event information, including venue details, agenda, and catering specifications. Organizers are responsible for delivering the promised educational content and food/beverages. Abuse of attendee data (e.g., selling lead lists to unauthorized third parties) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

LunchLeads acts solely as a platform to facilitate event registration and lead capture. We are not responsible for the quality of the events, the food provided, or the content presented by Organizers. In no event shall LunchLeads be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
